How To Download Credit Card Statements

Banks usually send credit card statements to the registered email ID of the card holder on the same date every month, which is known as the Statement date. Another way to access your credit card statement online is by logging into your bank’s net banking portal. Your current credit card statement will be available there. 

SBI Credit Card

You can receive your SBI Card Statement via both online and mobile application. Listed below are the different methods and the steps involved via which you can get your credit card statement.


1 - Via SBI Card Account

a. Click here to go to SBI Card online portal
b.Log in using your User ID and Password
c. From the left-hand side of the screen, click on the ‘My Accounts’ option
d. From the drop-down menu, click on the ‘Card Statements’ option
e.Your SBI Credit Card Statement will be displayed on the screen. You will be able to see the total amount due and the date on which it is to be paid along with the detailed expenses

2 - Via Mobile Application

a. Download the SBI Card App from the Play Store or App Store
b. Log in using your User ID and Password or Touch ID or MPIN
c. Click on the ‘My Account’ option from the main menu
d. You will be able to see all your card related details on the screen including total due, minimum due, available limit, current outstanding and more
e. Click on the ‘Account Details’ option and then click on ‘Card Statement’ option
f. Click on the ‘View Statement’ option and choose your preferred time duration

3 - Via Chatbot

a. Visit the official website of SBI Card
b. Click on the ‘Ask ILA’ option given on the bottom right corner of the screen
c. Login using your existing SBI Card website Online User ID and Password
d. Ask your query in the chatbox and the Live Assistant will lead you to view your credit card statement and all other card related details

 

Axis Bank Credit Card

Axis Bank credit cardholders can request statements online through net banking or mobile banking. The best thing about this facility is that a cardholder can get the statement for a custom date as well without paying any additional fee.

1 - Via Netbanking

Follow the steps mentioned below to get Axis Bank credit card statement through netbanking:

a. Login to your Axis Bank netbanking account
b. In the Credit Cards section, click on “View Statement”
c. Select the previous statements or a custom date range
d. Click on the “Get Statement” option
e.A pdf version of the statement will be downloaded to your computer

2 - Via Mobile banking

Axis Bank Credit Card users can also get credit card statements on their smartphone. They have to follow the steps mentioned below to request Axis Bank credit card statement through mobile banking:

a. Login to the Axis Bank mobile banking app
b. Select the Credit Card option
c. Select the Credit Card Statement from the list of options
d. Select the date range and click on Download Statement
e. A pdf version of the statement will be downloaded from the phone

 

HDFC Bank Credit Card

HDFC Bank customers can access the eStatements service through two modes, that is, online and via mobile app. 

1 - Via Net Banking

You can count on this option to check your HDFC Bank credit card information online. For accessing this service, you need to register your credit card with HDFC netbanking. If you are an existing customer, your credit card would directly be mapped to your active account, or else you will have to link it manually.

a. Once logged in into your netbanking account, click on “Cards” tab and select “View Statement” from the “Enquire” section.
b. Choose the HDFC credit card for which you want to view the statement, select the statement period and click on the “View” button.
c. Click on the link “Click to View/Download” to download the HDFC Bank Credit Card statement.
d. The eStatement sent via eMail is password protected but the statement downloaded directly from the website is not password protected so statement can be opened directly

2 - Via Mobile App

One can also view and download HDFC credit card statements through the HDFC Bank mobile application. Following are the steps to do so:

a. Login to your HDFC Bank mobile app
b. Click on the “Credit card” option in your app
c. Select the “Download Billed Statement” option
d. Select the month for which you want to check the statement and click on Download
e. Your HDFC Credit Card statement will be downloaded to your smartphone

 

ICICI Bank Credit Card

You can easily get your ICICI Bank Credit Card Statement online by opting for any of the below-mentioned ways.

1 - Via Netbanking

a. Login to your ICICI net banking account using your User ID and Password or your registered mobile number
b. Go to the ‘My Account’ section and click on the ‘Credit Cards’
c. Now click on the ‘Service Requests’ option and proceed further
d. Click on the ‘Credit Card Statement Request’ option and choose the preferred date
e. Your credit card statement will be displayed on the screen
f. You also have the option to download your credit card statement in PDF format.

2 - Via Mobile Banking

a. Download the iMobile app using the Play Store or App Store
b. Log in using your PIN or fingerprint
c. Click on the ‘Cards & Forex’ option on the home page
d. Click on ‘Credit Card Number’ then select ‘More Options’
e. Select the ‘Last Statement/ Past Statement’
f. Choose the statement date and Download

 

RBL Bank Credit Card

You can get your credit card statement both online as well as via mobile app. You can opt for any of the below-mentioned ways to get your credit card statement.

1 - Via Netbanking

a. Login to your RBL Bank Netbanking account using your User ID and Password
b. Go to the ‘Credit Cards’ section and click on ‘View Statement’
c. Select the previous statement or set a preferred date range
d. Click on ‘Get Statement’ option
e. A PDF version of the statement will be downloaded on your device

2 - Via Mobile Banking

a. Download the RBL MyCard Mobile App on your smartphone
b. Log in using your 4-digit mPIN or register using your credit card number and other card details
c. From the homepage, click on ‘View Transactions’ option
d. Choose the period for which you wish to see the statement
e. Your billing statement will be displayed on the screen

 

Citibank Credit Card

You can get your Citibank Credit Card Statement both online as well as via mobile app. You can opt for any of the below-mentioned ways:

Given below are the different online methods via which you can get your Citibank Credit Card Statement. Follow the below-given instructions:

1 - Via Citibank Netbanking

a. Login to Citibank Online Banking using your User ID and IPIN
b. From the homepage, go to the ‘Credit Card’ section
c. Click on the ‘e-statement’ option on the left-hand side
d. Click on ‘View your statement online’
e. Select the required month from the list of archived statements

If you are registered for e-statements you can Print / View / Download your credit card e-statements for the last 18 months or from the date of registration (whichever is earlier).

2 - Via Citi Mobile App

a. Download the Citi Mobile App from Play Store or App Store
b. Log in using your User ID and IPIN
c. Select ‘Home Page’ and go to the main menu
d. From the main menu select ‘Service Requests’ option
e. Then select ‘Duplicate Statement Request’ option
f. Select the account and choose the period for which you want to see the statement for
g. Select the mode and your statement will be generated in your chosen mode

 

HSBC Bank Credit Card

You can opt for any of the following mentioned ways to get your HSBC Credit Card Statement.

1 - Via Netbanking

a. Login to HSBC Netbanking portal using your Username and Password
b. From the homepage, select the ‘Account Services’ option
c. From the drop-down menu, select ‘Manage your accounts’ option
d. Then click on ‘Statements and Advice’ option
e. Choose the credit card account for which you wish to see the transaction history
f. The transaction history will be displayed on the screen under the heads:
- Next Statement: will consist of details of unbilled transactions on your card
- Previous Statement: will consist of details of billed transactions as per your last statement

2 - Via Mobile App

a. Download the ‘HSBC India’ app from Play Store or App Store
b. Log in using your 6-digit password or Face ID or Touch ID
c. From the ‘Accounts’ option on the homepage, select the account you want to access the statement for
d. On the Accounts page, click on ‘View Statements’ option
e. You will be redirected to the next page with a list of statements
f. Last 12 months’ credit card statements will be available
g. Tap on the preferred month/date to view the e-statement
h. Your statement will be displayed on the screen in PDF format

 

IndusInd Bank Credit Card

You can receive your IndusInd Bank Credit Card Statement via both online and mobile app channels. Listed below are the different methods and the steps via which you can get your credit card statement.

1 - Via Netbanking

a. Login to IndusNet using your Username and Password
b. Go to the ‘Credit Cards’ section and click on ‘View Statement’ option
c. Select the previous statement or set a preferred date range
d. Click on ‘Get Statement’ option
e. A PDF version of the statement will be downloaded on your device

2 - Via Mobile App

a. Download the IndusMobile app from the Play Store, App Store or Windows Store
b. Log in using your username and password
c. From the main menu, click on the ‘I Owe’ option under ‘Account Overview’ and proceed further
d. On the next screen, click on the Credit Card Details’ option
e. All the details of your credit card including total credit limit, total cash limit, total outstanding etc. will be displayed on the screen
f. Click on the ‘View Statement’ option
g. View details of your last statement generated

 

Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card

You can easily get your SCB Credit Card Statement via both web online and app methods. Given below are the instructions for the different online and offline ways of receiving your credit card statement.

1 - Via Internet banking

a. Click here to go to the online net banking portal of Standard Chartered Bank
b. Login using your Username and Password
c. Go to the ‘Card Services’ section on the homepage
d. Click on the ‘Card Information’ option
e. Now select the statement that you wish to see
f. The statements are divided into the following sections:
- Current transactions: All your transactions recorded after your last month’s statement from the Bank
- Last statement: Your last month’s statement
- Prior statement: Your statement ‘prior’ to the last month’s statement
g. You can also download your credit card statements in PDF format

2 - Via Mobile Application

a. Download the SC Mobile India (Breeze) App from the Play Store or App Store
b. Login using your Username and Password
c. Go to the ‘Balances’ section on the homepage
d. Click on your preferred credit card and go to the ‘Transactions’ option
e. All your recent transaction history for the past 30 days will be displayed on the screen

 

American Express Credit Card

You can download your American express credit card statement from the online banking portal. 

1 - Via American Express Account

a. Open   American express credit card online portal
b. Log in using your User ID and Password
c. If you have more than one American Express Credit Card, select the card for which you wish to download statements by clicking the card icon on the top right of the menu. 
d. From the top menu, click on the ‘Statement’ option
e. From the drop-down menu that appears, click on the ‘Download PDF Statements’ option
f. You will be redirected to a page with the list of statements generated over the recent months. Clicking on the required month will download the statements.
g. For older statements, you can select the checkbox next to the required months and click on “Request Statement”. These statements will be available for viewing within 24 hrs
