Perfios is a Bangalore based new-age fintech company. We create and support world class products that caters to the need for financial software for individuals, corporates and large Financial Institutions. We count among our customers a large number of the top 50 large Financial Institutions in India. We also work with large Financial Institutions in other geographies.

Client Analyst

  • Location: Mumbai , Bangalore
Primary Skills Required:
The Client analyst, will focus on increasing client adoption of Perfios suite of products. In this role, you will serve as a key resource ensuring that clients successfully engage with the products and that they are realizing the full potential of the solutions. This will be accomplished through analyzing key performance indicators, discussing with users how they are currently using our software, and providing education and recommendations on how to maximize the potential of the software, as well as, other product solutions which will enhance ROI and improve the client’s bottom line. This position reports directly to the Director, Client Engagement.
Essential Responsibilities: Core duties and responsibilities include the following:
  • Develop deep functional and technical know-how on Perfios suite of products
  • Provide technical consultancy to customers
  • Educate newly on-boarded customers on functional and technical aspects of Perfios products.
  • Ensure successful on-boarding of new customers.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects running in parallel.
  • Assess and analyze client key performance indicators to identify strategic opportunities and client educational needs.
  • Identify the needs within the client organization and recommend new product or service offerings and develop a plan to drive maximum utilization of Perfios products.
  • Identify target population of adoption risk accounts.
  • Cultivate strategy based on products owned, client structure, and adoption issues.
  • Contact clients, identify and perform assessments and create action plans to improve product usage.
  • These should identify and include:
    • Upsell Opportunities.
    • Educational Needs.
  • Assessments & Action Plan Executive Summary.
  • Consistent client engagement to execute action plan.
  • Escalation points Involves webex and email interactions with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills: presentation, facilitation, oral, written, listening and conflict resolution.
  • Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
  • Technical Skills – Desirable:
  • Conversant with two or more of the following programming languages:
  • Java, PHP, Python, django, c#.
  • Conversant with MySQL.
  • Understanding of REST, Webservices and SOAP well.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools would be a plus.
  • Flair for evaluating alternatives and deciding plan of action.​
  • ​Critical thinking​​
  • Education: BTech or BE ​in any field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of prior experience ​in technical marketing of products/ solutions in the above language.
  • The top 5 must have's in this role -
  1. Around 4-6 years experience.
  2. Presales/ direct customer interaction/ engagement management/ program management exp a must. He should be tuned to interact externally day in day out.
  3. Good written n spoken skills - as he will interact with client/ prospects day in day out.
  4. Flexibility in travel - might have to travel to client locations as he grows in the system and we give him larger prospects/ clients/ role (Mostly day trips).
  5. Industry expertise - BFSI (banking and financial) segment or experience in service companies that are in BFSI vertical.

Java - Lead Developer

Job Description - Member Technical Staff:
  • An average of 6+ years of core software product development experience.
  • Would be part of the core product development team and have built an awesome cloud based SaaS product(s).
  • Own one or more functional modules and are responsible from the product specification to deployment of these modules.
  • Manage and drive the feature roadmap for modules that they own.
  • Well-versed in agile development methodology.
  • Experts in setting up, configuring and tuning - Apache, Tomcat & MySQL.
  • Gain expertise in configuring and managing our AWS based data center.
  • Expertise in writing cyber-attack safe code and are experienced in application security programming.
  • Gained deep understanding of personal finance domain capital market, retail banking and insurance domain.
  • Pioneering DEVOPS practice for several years now.
Primary Skill Required:
  • 6-8 years of core product development experience.
  • 3-5 years of core Java programming.
  • 2+ yeas of experience in database programming, mySQL experience is a plus.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in functional module design and development.
  • 3+ years experience in Open source stack.
  • 3+ years experience in SaaS architecture based product development.
Optional Skill Required:
  • Experience in front-end development using ExtJS or Backbone, AngularJS etc.,
  • Experience with any cloud platform.
  • Experience in BFSI domain is a plus.
